The space

It’s a newly renovated cozy place, and it’s fully equipped with everything to make you feel at home. This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a multi-family property. It features 1 bedroom, bathroom, living area, and a huge kitchen. You'll see the unit's contemporary look as soon as you walk through the door - from the high ceilings to the lighting and modern decor. Bedroom features queen size bed with 2 end tables. Our living room couch serves as an additional bed. Its super wide and over 6’ long. There 1 smart 55” LG TV in the living room with high speed cable and Comcast Infinity WiFi. So feel free to login to your streaming accounts and enjoy incredibly fast downloading speeds. Outside and the Neighborhood: We are centrally located in the Upper Silver Lake Section of Newark. The neighborhood is very friendly and made up of families that have lived in the area for decades. If you're in the mood for some local cuisine, you can walk a few blocks over to Bloomfield Avenue and be greeted with a multitude of amazing restaurants. Our apartment is located 1 block from the Silver Lake Newark Light Rail station for EASY commuting into New York City and beyond. Once you hop on the Newark Light Rail it’s a 10 min ride to Newark Penn Station. From there we are a 22 minute train ride into New York Penn Station! From apartment we are also just a short 12 minute drive to Prudential Center and 15 minute drive to Newark Airport! Other attractions nearby include: Branch Brook Park (5 minute walk), American Dream Mall (20 minute drive), Red Bull Stadium (15 minute drive), MetLife Stadium (15 minute drive), and Hoboken/Jersey City (20 minute drive). Overall, this space was designed with YOU in mind, so just sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay! We also live near the apartment, so we are always available for any questions you may have.

Guest access

This entire apartment is private and for your own personal use. There are 3 other apartments with other guests at this building, but rest assure it is extremely safe and quiet. You will enter the apartment after you get through the front glass doors entrance. We utilize digital code locks, so you will receive a unique access code before checking into the apartment. Parking is available for 1 vehicle but just let us know so we can tell you where to park. Please be aware there are street cleaning rules on our streets so please don’t park on the street.

Our apartment is located in a multi-family building and we are located in a residential neighborhood, so we do strictly enforce quiet hours (10PM-8AM). Multiple violations of quiet hours without acknowledgement and/or parties will result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. Please note that there are no visitors allowed and parking can be very tricky for others not listed on the reservation. We also have surveillance cameras on the exterior of the building as well as inside the common area hallways. This allows us to create a safe environment for all guests. We do have other guests in the same building so security for everyone is utmost priority to us. Please let us know exactly how many in your group because reservations may be based upon the number of guests.
