The space
This apartment includes authentic African decorations that are sure to take you to another continent. Huge modern kitchen with island countertop sink. Loaded with all cooking essentials including pots and pans, blender, microwave, stove, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, hot water kettle, rice maker, etc. living room with smart 55” LG TV and cozy reclining sofas. 2 bedrooms with end tables, dresser with mirrors, lamps, and room darkening curtains. Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower with good pressure. Choose to relax inside or on the balcony, this experience will take you on an African Safari.
Guest access
The entire apartment is available and private. Private parking space on premises close to your own private back door entrance. You also get your own garbage and recycle container as well. We try to be very organized and neat so you don’t interfere with other tenants living in building. There are 3 other apartments with other tenants at this building, but rest assure it is extremely safe and quiet. We do utilize security cameras throughout the outside perimeter of the property. Come join us and forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We are on premises as well, and will do our best to make sure you love it here as much as we do!

Our apartment is located in a multi-family building and we are located in a residential neighborhood, so we do strictly enforce quiet hours (10PM-8AM). Multiple violations of quiet hours without acknowledgement and/or parties will result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. Please note that there are no visitors allowed and parking can be very tricky for others not listed on the reservation. We also have surveillance cameras on the exterior of the building as well as inside the common area hallways. This allows us to create a safe environment for all guests. We do have other guests in the same building so security for everyone is utmost priority to us. Please let us know exactly how many in your group because reservations may be based upon the number of guests.
Interaction with guests
We understand you are away from home, but want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are easily available through text for all your questions or possible things you may have forgotten to pack. If you are doing laundry please just pick up your own detergent, fabric softener, bleach etc. convenience store in the corner or drive 3 min to major supermarket.

Recycle is Monday night for Tuesday morning pick up. Garbage is Sunday night for Monday morning pick up. Bulk garbage is Wednesday night for Thursday morning pick up. No visitors or guests that are not registered allowed. #1 Parties and events are not allowed #2 If the property is in a very poor state of cleanliness after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it. Eg Leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, (there should be no dishes in the sink) excess garbage in the cans, in refrigerator and or on counters, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of poor conditions. We will make an additional charge of $120 #3 Locals must communicate before booking #4 Absolutely no visitors not listed on your reservation as guests. If it is not mentioned that you will be in the reservation, the fee will be charged as marked in the application at that time as an “additional guest” for the entire reservation. Regardless on how long your visitor stayed. This rule is for your safety and the safety of all residents in the building. #5 Infants, babies, toddlers, and children, are more than welcomed, but each one must be specified on your reservation and included as a “guest”. #6 There can not be more than 4 people in or on the property at any one point in time #7 The guests will respect and follow all guide lines listed inside the apartment or on the property #8 You agree to know and agree to the following fees: a) Smoking: $200 for each day you are in the apartment smoking b) Late checkout: $50 additional fee, if your checkout is unauthorized to be late. #9 A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund #10 You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur.
